After all the chaotic festivities I wanted to write to express my sincere thanks to both you and your team for the superb organisation of our 2008 Christmas event. As you know we have for a number of years been using local hotels on standard Christmas Party night format and for this year we wanted something completely different. Our Las Vegas themed event at the University Union certainly provided a completely different concept and one which was a great hit with our staff. Over the last few weeks I have been inundated with feedback on how fabulous an event it was and how much fun our team had. On arrival our team were amazed at the atmosphere, colour and entertainment variety and this continued from start to finish.

Although our initial nervousness about deviating from the norm I was impressed by your enthusiasm, professionalism and creativity. From the earliest of meetings you understood our requirements and surpassed our expectations. Your attention to detail was first class and it was a great benefit to my team that we could relax and leave you to make such an event happen with ease. Your regular updates and assistance in promoting the event was exactly the support I needed.

In comparison to our previous events I feel that we achieved better value for our budget, a more relaxed event, food and beverage arrangements that better suited our needs, a first class theme, variety/quality entertainment and an events team who fully engaged us and took all the normal hassles out of this annual event management. As such we will certainly be looking to engage your support in future events.

Thanks for organising so much in such a short period of time and providing the DVD of photographs you put together which was a fantastic way to kick of the celebrations. Everyone had a tear in their eye and enjoyed seeing photos of a very young Matthew right through to pictures of him so happy with our new son. The event was a huge success and your attention to detail was excellent. The table was beautiful and the decorations were perfect. Most of the guests were up dancing for most of the night as the DJ's choice of music was brilliant - something for everyone. Please pass on my thanks to Graham the DJ as the music was pitched just right - loud enough to have a disco atmosphere but not too loud so that everyone could here themselves speak - perfect. The cake was delicious. Please pass on my compliments to the Hilton staff who were attentive, kind and helpful throughout - everyone commented on how good the buffet was and the wine was lovely. Thanks for taking all the stress out of organising such a mile stone event. Your experience meant I didn’t need to worry about anything and I was glad to be guided by your good judgment. The party was so glamorous yet represented excellent value for money - your quote was very reasonable and you set my expectations about the cost of individual items so that there were no surprises. Our wedding was a complicated event, with over 200 guests, two venues, a limited budget, no family to help us out - and we came to Tracey late in the day. It was one of the best decisions we took: Tracey was brilliant. She is worth her weight in gold; her fees were money so well spent, she took so much weight off our minds and had so many bright ideas and contacts to save us money. Tracey got us great deals (on our decorations and the sound system for instance) and always passed on the savings to us. In so many ways she really earned every penny of her fee.

We'd never been married before so we didn't know how much we needed Tracey, now we know her we'd recommend her with all our hearts.

She came up with great ideas we'd never have thought of (Like the 'hot air balloon' lantern and the lighting effects at our wedding, which made all the difference). She was tactful about reminding us and giving us a wee push when whenever we lost track of where we were in the event planning process.

Tracey's great in a crisis: we lost our chef 2 days before our wedding and Tracey found a replacement within an hour, with no fuss, no panic, and great results.

She was fantastically effective at negotiating with the Council over our wedding venue. She got concessions we'd failed to get ourselves. Tracey also negotiated fees with people we know socially (like our photographer) who it was hard to broach money issues with.

Tracey stayed good-humoured even we were uptight and nervous. It was wonderful how she really shared our excitement.

She took lots of extra care and was always so thoughtful and went the extra mile for us (eg checking the weather forecast for our wedding day and sending it to us ).

Overall Tracey is full of great ideas and has a great attitude. She's a real pleasure to deal with and made a huge contribution to our event.
